  • Unfortunately, our coaches are not accessible to wheelchairs.

  • Our coaches aren’t equipped with toilets.

  • The free WIFI is available on our coaches.

  • You will need your e-ticket with a barcode or your voucher.

  • No. A helpdesk is at your disposal in Villages Nature®Paris. You can buy your ticket directly there to our Youmoov’ hostesses. However, the ticket must be bought 24h in advance. Therefore, you won’t be able to book an excursion taking place on the following day.

  • The coaches can greet between 49 to 53 passengers.

  • Yes. The services run on Sundays and Bank holidays subject to a timetable available either online or in the brochures found at the Welcome House of Villages Nature®Paris.

  • Please refer to the information leaflets for each excursion.

  • For any booking made on our website, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Please contact one of our team members at the Youmoov’ desk in the Welcome House of Villages Nature®Paris the day before your excursion, or by mail on the following address: support@you-moov.com, or by phone at 00 33 1 61 10 77 81.

  • Yes

  • Your e-ticket is compulsory and can be printed or shown on your tablet or smartphone.

  • All payments should be made by credit card or cash.

  • Go back to your customer page and you should be able to change your booking up to 72 hours before the excursion. Or contact our Youmoov’ hostess at the desk in the Welcome House, by phone at the following number: +33 1 61 10 77 81, or by mail at the following address: support@you-moov.com.

  • The Meeting Point of the excursions is always at the Shuttle Station of Villages Nature®Paris.

  • Our Cancellation Policy

    Free Cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the start of the service.

    After this, the following fees are applicable:

    • 2 days before the start of the service (local time): 50% of the price of the service
    • 1 day before the start of the service (local time): 100% of the price of the service
  • Children discounts are already included in the prices displayed.

  • Meals are not included in the price.

  • Please refer to the information leaflets for each excursion: section “price includes/does not include”.

  • No bus or minibus, provide car seats or booster seats. However, you can take yours and try to fix it.
